Marcos developed his culinary passion in his family’s Peruvian restaurants, cultivating an early appreciation for the richness and diversity of Peruvian gastronomy. Blending his Japanese heritage with formal Nikkei training, he creates high-quality, welcoming dining experiences that honor tradition while embracing modern creativity and consistency.
Alongside his culinary journey, Marcos holds an MBA and brings a background in general management and entrepreneurship, adding a strong foundation of discipline, structure, and vision to MEGUMI’s growth.
Miluska Hori
Food Technology & Quality Lead
Miluska brings a strong foundation in food science and a deep appreciation for Peruvian cuisine, ensuring every dish reflects both quality and authenticity. As a Food Technology Engineer with experience at Nestlé and Ajinomoto, she has developed expertise in food safety, quality control, and consistency at scale.
At MEGUMI, Miluska combines her technical background with a hands-on approach, supporting kitchen operations and ensuring each dining experience is executed with precision, care, and attention to detail.
